Shipping and Delivery Info
To ensure timely processing, please enter your shipping and billing information without non-English characters or emojis.
U.K. orders placed with standard shipping will process and ship within 3-5 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking. We estimate an additional 14-21 business days for delivery within the continental USA and 10-14 business days for international orders.
International Customs & Duties
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
